Who we are

Constructive Solutions LLC ("Constructive Solutions," "we," "us," or "our") is a Texas limited liability company. Constructive Apps is our custom software service for general contractors and subcontractors. This policy explains how we handle information in connection with the apps we build and support.

Information we collect

Right now, our apps only collect information your company provides to us or enters into the app while using it, including:

• Names and contact information of your team members who use the app
• Job site and project information (site names, addresses, schedules)
• Photos and field data submitted through the app (daily logs, quantities, order records)
• Basic account and login information

We don't currently collect analytics, advertising, or tracking data through the app, and we don't sell personal information to anyone.

How we use this information

We use this information only to operate and support the app for your company, to provide the related services you've engaged us for (estimation, Procore management, invoicing, field verification), and to communicate with your team about the app or your account.

How we share this information

We don't sell your data. We may share information with our Odoo implementation partner where the app is built on Odoo, with third-party platforms your app connects to (such as QuickBooks) where you've authorized that connection, or as required by law.

Data storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information in our apps, but no system is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on where you or your team are located, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data. Texas's state privacy law (the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act) generally applies to consumer data, not information processed in a business or employment context — which covers most of what we handle. Children's data

Our apps are for business use and aren't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
